Montero has received numerous criticisms for his tweet, many of them reminding him that Alves has not yet been tried: “You pass it through the lining of the presumption of innocence, right?” It must be remembered that the minister has been one of the public defenders of Rocío Carrascosupporting his story against Antonio David Flores and accusing him of crimes that seven judges have not been able to prove.
