Iraola, who since his arrival at Rayo in the summer of 2020 has been very cautious, has never wanted to talk about his future until after beating Barcelona, in statements to Onda Cero, he expressed his wish: “I want to stay in the Ray but we have to see what the club wants and if we are in tune”.
Los numbers guarantee the Basque coach in the two seasons he has been at Rayo. In the first, he was promoted to the team and in the second, practicing on many occasions a game praised by the rest of the clubs, he reached the semifinals of the Copa del Rey and has certified his permanence in the top category with five games to go.
