Amaia Montero was admitted to a Madrid hospital to undergo surgery for a cut on the finger of one of her hands. Unfortunately, she suffered postoperative complications and was transferred to the ICU. After ten days in the center, she was discharged and is already recovering at home.
It is understood that this new hospital admission has had nothing to do with the last one, in 2020, when the artist suffered a strong picture of stress and anxiety that forced her to paralyze all professional commitments.
