The queen completed her last official act this Wednesday before disconnecting from her duties to enjoy the family. Next Saturday she will be the brand new hostess of the Christmas Eve dinner that has been held at her house, the Prince’s Pavilion, for several years, and the king philipthe princess eleanorthe infanta sofia and the grandmother Rock Dove will enjoy a menu that their own Joy has chosen with care and which includes, among others, Iberian ham and foie.
The former journalist relaxes on these dates and forgets her strict diet for a few days to enjoy the delicacies of the land. This year, according to El Español, she has devised a delicious menu with starters of Iberian ham, foie, eels, seafood pudding and smoked salmon. The main dish is made up of a turkey stuffed with vegetables and for dessert assorted fruit and coffee ice cream, Paloma Rocasolano’s favorite.
