The ‘Team Principal’ of Red Bull, Christian Horner, pointed out this Sunday that it is difficult for him to compare the former German driver Sebastian Vettel with his current star figure, Max Verstappen, as they are “very different” people.
“They are very different people. The two are also determined, they have that in common, but Sebastian is more rational. Max is very, very natural in everything he does,” Horner told Deutsche Presse-Agentur.
The Briton also wanted to praise Vettel’s “strong morale” and determination, whom he highlighted for his “great natural talent. He worked hard, had a great work ethic and had a fantastic family around him who raised him very well.” , explained Horner, who won every world championship with Vettel from 2010 to 2013.
“They are very different people, both very nice, both with big hearts, but with very different personalities,” concluded the Red Bull man, after recalling that Verstappen gave them the drivers’ title in the last two years and that the season last time, the team even recaptured the constructors’ title by a wide margin.
