Hoeness charges against PSG and City

It is not the first time that PSG or City have faced the reproach of rivals or leaders. This time it was the turn of Uli Hoeness, Honorary President of Bayern, who has charged harshly against the model of two teams managed from the Middle East: “Their fucking money is not enough. I worked hard to win it. Al Khelaifi received it as a gift. When he wants a player, he goes to look for his emir ”, denounces the German president.

Hoeness does not forget the victory in the 2020 Champions final against PSG in Lisbon: “I am very happy every time I remember it. It stimulates me to know that despite his exorbitant budget he has not won anything outside of France, like City outside of England. Nothing at all! ”, He stressed in a recent interview in Germany. Hoeness, like Rummenigge, Beckenbauer or Kahn, are historical of a Bayern that has been administered successfully for decades.

The Bavarian team has six Champions in their windows without having resorted to debt or a multimillionaire foreign investor. The planning is not done in the short term: “We have not put the money all at once so that they congratulate us in a year or two and after nothing comes. When you make decisions, you have to make sure you have stability in three or four years and that everything does not collapse suddenly ”, underlines a Hoeness who does not share the way of working of PSG and City.
