The Spanish roller hockey coach, Guillem Cabestany, announced on Tuesday the list of players called up to be part of his team in the men’s European Championship, scheduled from July 17 to 22 at a venue yet to be determined.
Spain, which will defend the title it won two years ago in Paredes (Portugal), will begin its preparation on June 11 with its sights set on what would be, if it wins, the nineteenth continental title. And it will do it with this selected list:
– Goalkeepers: Carles Grau (Barça) and Candid Ballart (Reus Deportiu).
– Players: Xavier Barroso (Oporto), Roc Pujadas (Oporto), Nil Roca (Benfica), Ferran Font (Sporting de Portugal), Pau Bargalló (Barça), Marc Grau (Barça), César Carballeira (Deportivo Liceo), Sergi Aragonès (Reus Deportiu) and Martí Casas (Parlem Calafell).
