Goalkeeper André Ferreira will play on loan at Valladolid until the end of the season

The Portuguese goalkeeper André Almeida will play on loan until the end of the season at Real Valladolid of LaLiga Hypermotion, from Granada CF, as reported by the Nasrid team in a statement issued this Monday.

“Granada CF and Real Valladolid have reached an agreement for the loan of goalkeeper André Ferreira until the end of the season with a purchase option based on certain sporting objectives,” the Andalusian entity announced on its website.

Alexander Medina's men thus complete the metamorphosis of the Granada goal, after the arrivals of goals Augusto Batalla and Marc Martínez. Ferreira, 27, joined the Nasrid team in July 2022, participating in the red and white team's promotion to LaLiga EA Sports last season. And he accumulated 963 minutes in 11 games, while this season he has completed 15 games.

After training in different clubs in his country, Ferreira reached Benfica's youth ranks, eventually playing for the reserve team in the Portuguese Second Division. After this, he played on loan for Leixões SC and CD Aves, and later played for CD Santa Clara and Paços de Ferreira.
