The exhibition closes the activities of the Women’s Week
MADRID, 8 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The president of the Higher Sports Council, José Manuel Franco, and the body’s deputy general director of Women and Sports, Bárbara Fuertes, inaugurate this Wednesday (11:00 a.m.) the exhibition ‘Equals in Sports’, with which the Women’s Week at the CSD.
The exhibition is made up of a collection of photographs from the EFE Agency that highlight the role of sportswomen with images of figures such as the former Olympic badminton champion Carolina Marín, the karate fighter Sandra Sánchez, gold medalist in Tokyo 2020, the soccer player Alexia Putellas, chosen as the best player in the world, or the weightlifter Lydia Valentín, triple Olympic medalist, among others.
These images will be exhibited in the CSD vial during the next few weeks.
