MADRID, 9 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Spanish left-back Fran García has signed this Friday for Real Madrid, a club with which he remains linked for the next four seasons, following the agreement between the white entity and Rayo Vallecano, according to a statement.
“Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano have agreed on the transfer of the player Fran García, who will be linked to the club for the next four seasons,” the Madrid team advanced.
Fran García belonged to the Real Madrid youth academy since 2013, where he arrived at just 14 years of age, until 2020. He played two seasons at Real Madrid Castilla and made his debut with the Merengue first team in 2018. In the 2020 summer market he made his arrival at Rayo Vallecano official, where he has remained for the last three seasons.
The left back was a fixture at Andoni Iraola’s Rayo, with whom he has played all 38 LaLiga Santander games this season, in which he has scored 2 goals and provided 3 assists. Fran García occupies a demarcation with which Real Madrid has suffered this season, only with Ferland Mendy as a natural winger, forcing Eduardo Camavinga to act as an emergency solution.
The 23-year-old Spaniard will be presented this Monday at 12:00 noon at Real Madrid City in Valdebebas, before answering questions from the media at a press conference.
