MADRID, 19 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Canadian forward Thomas Scrubb has renewed his contract with Monbus Obradoiro until June 2025, a team with which he will complete his third season next year, as the Galician club announced in a statement on Wednesday.
Scrubb was one of the most decisive players for Monbus Obradoiro last season, in which the team achieved its second-best all-time ranking in the Endesa League. The international forward averaged 11.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and a PIR of 14.4 in ACB, also being the player with the most minutes played in the league for Moncho Fernández’s men.
Eduardo Pascual, sports director of Monbus Obradoiro, was pleased to achieve “the continuity of an important player.” “Thomas adds in many aspects of the game and has a lot of consistency, and that extra energy that he is capable of giving,” he admitted.
