Felipe and Letizia remember the victims of terrorism on the 20th anniversary of 11-M

The kings have presided over the XX “In memoriam” Concert in tribute to the Victims of Terrorism, which is held annually on the eve of March 11, the day on which the 193 victims of the attacks perpetrated in Madrid on that date are commemorated. 2004. On this occasion, the RTVE Symphony Orchestra and Choir, with Marc Korovitch as director, have performed Elegy, by Eduardo Soutullo, a work composed and dedicated to the victims of terrorism. From the presidential box, the kings enjoyed the concert and also the emotional speech of Juan Francisco Benito, president of the Victims of Terrorism foundation.
