FEB and Henneo sign an agreement to promote the Queen Cup in Zaragoza

MADRID, 13 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) and Henneo, through the Heraldo de Aragón and Women’s Sports Institute, signed an agreement on Thursday to promote the Basketball Queen Cup, which will be held from March 20 to 23 in Zaragoza, a Agreement that seeks to increase the visibility of this sport.

The agreement includes numerous initiatives to bring this appointment to citizens as raffles, meetings with the players and a colloquium with the president of the Feb, Elisa Aguilar, former player of the Casademont Vega Gimeno, and institutional representatives in the new Herald space.

Heraldo de Aragón and Women’s Sports Institute (WSI) become, in this way, collaborating media of the sports event. Through their platforms, they will provide coverage and dissemination of the events and achievements of the players, contributing to the promotion of female basketball in Spain.

For its part, the Feb will facilitate Henneo, among others, the original Cup and an official ball of the competition so that they can be exposed, at least two weeks before the start of the Queen Cup 2025, according to the statement.

“This agreement represents a significant step in the promotion of women’s sports and a unique opportunity for fans to enjoy the Queen Cup in Zaragoza,” said Feb. In addition, it is part of the acts scheduled on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Heraldo de Aragón.
