MADRID, 21 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Eibar defeated Huesca (2-3) this Sunday on matchday 23 of LaLiga Hypermotion to get closer to the direct promotion zone, something that Levante did not achieve, in its draw (1-1) against Mirandés, nor did Elche and Real Valladolid in a direct duel (0-0).
The Basque team led El Alcoraz with a 0-2 lead in the first half, but was complicated by the local reaction in the second half. Huesca closed the gap through Hugo Vallejo as soon as the match resumed and in the 65th minute Kento Hashimoto made it 2-2.
The Huesca team was brave but Stoichkov once again put the gun team ahead with 20 minutes remaining. Huesca fell into relegation and Eibar was just behind the direct promotion zone with 38 points, one point behind second place.
In addition, Levante was left with honey on its lips in Anduva, where Mirandés believed until the end to achieve the final 1-1 in stoppage time. Carlos Martín equaled Carlos Álvarez's great goal in the first half for a Levante that closes the promotion zone with 36 points when they already tasted two more.
Seventh and ninth were Valladolid (36) and Elche (34), after an even match at the Martínez Valero. The team from Elche sought victory more in the second half, but there was no clarity to find the goal, both teams showing their moment of lack of results to enter the playoffs.
In the 'Top 6' Racing de Santander continues to lose strength after suffering a second consecutive defeat against a Cartagena that, on the contrary, seems to have grown in search of salvation (0-2).
