I marked (Gavà, 2/2/1987) arrives at Nastic
from
Tarragona, a historian of Catalan football, wanting to contribute his bit to try to return the granas to the silver category of Spanish football, which would be their third promotion to The league
Smartbank. Its formula remains the same that has led it to triumph previously in Sant
Andreu, Reus or Sabadell. Work, work and work.
New challenge. You arrive at a historic club like Nàstic, are you excited about this new stage?
I am very happy to arrive at such a historic club, it is a very big challenge for me and I feel prepared to fulfill the ambitious goal that the club has. I am sure that, with commitment, daily perseverance at work and involvement we will achieve it.
Did you have any more offers? What seduced you from the Nàstic?
The Nàstic was always my number one priority. For me, for my family and for the challenge of playing for a club as big as Nàstic. I had more offers but I hardly wanted to listen to them because I was focused on Nàstic, which was always my first option. I am very happy to continue in the world of football at a professional level. New category, very complicated, very competitive … We will have to get the best of each one to be up there, it will not be easy.

A category that you know well enough. What are the main differences between LaLiga Smartbank and the Primera RFEF or 2ª B Pro?
This category is very difficult. You find a selection of the best of last season. The best there is in what was Second B. You also have a little longer trips and the templates that are being made are super competitive. The day to day is completely professional, you have to take good care of yourself … To be very professional, in short. And I have no doubt that personally there will be no problem and within the group either.
What do you think you can contribute to this group?
My experience, intensity, helping others to be committed to the project … Where have I been if you can't get a bond with the fans, the club, the city … It's complicated. And I think I have reached a project in which if we achieve this involvement we will achieve our goal.
After a year playing behind closed doors, what will it mean for you to play at the Nou Estadi de Tarragona with the public?
I really want to. I already know the fans and the Nàstic stadium, it is a hobby that pushes a lot, which will be on top of us so that we get the best of ourselves … We will try to make it impossible or almost impossible to win at home with that strength that is believed by all of us.

In Sabadell code, already cold … What do you think you lacked to achieve permanence in the Second Division?
Now it is a bit far, obviously I am already focused on the Nastic, but there was that bad taste in our mouth that escaped us due to small details. We all believed that with a victory in Miranda we would achieve it … But it was not like that. We believed until the end but he did not give us. We had that point of little fortune, call it what you want … We missed that goal, that result …
Any last message to the Harlequin fans?
A message of maximum esteem, both to the fans and the club. They have given me everything. I tried to give them back that affection based on commitment, from working every day, from goals … The goal of last season could not be achieved but I keep the four years that I have lived there. Four very intense and very beautiful years.
And what would you like to say to your new hobby?
That if we all believe in this project and we go hand in hand, we will achieve it. In this way we will be much stronger. I repeat myself, but I hope that through commitment, work and the passion that football represents for me on a personal level, a mutual implication will be achieved that I trust will be reflected in the results.
And finally, do you score any number of goals?
Whatever figure it is, let it be to help the team achieve the goal. I hope a lot of goals will come but I mark the number through work, work and work, as I have done all my sports career.
