Dulceida and Alba buy a house in Madrid after reconciling: “We wanted to be in Barcelona, ​​but…”

Currently, the crisis that surrounded them is in the pipeline and the content creators are embarking on a double project: their new podcast Destiny: the stars and their first house together.

As they have announced on their own social networks, where they have millions of followers, Dulceida and Alba have bought a house. However, they will not be able to enjoy its luxurious amenities until 2025 due to the works they are going to carry out.

“We are owners! (…) We bought a house together in Madrid. We wanted to be in Barcelona, ​​but since we have many years left in the capital due to our work, in the end we decided to do it that way),” they said.

Although the most intimate details of their new home are unknown, the Catalan influencers have assured that they bought their new real estate property off plan. Likewise, they have explained that, although their main idea was to live in Barcelona (their hometown), they have chosen to buy in the capital.

For the founder of the Idol Awards, this is his first joint project with his wife. However, the sister of Alex Domènech It already has an extensive heritage. In 2016, the Catalan created Dulce Week End SL, a company of which she is the sole administrator and where in the last financial year submitted to the commercial registry it exceeded the figure of 3.2 million sales.

That same year, after founding her company and three months after her fake wedding with Alba (the link was not formalized), the Instagram precursor bought her first home in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment, measuring 140 square meters, was exterior, with a large dressing room and had up to four bedrooms, among many other amenities.

Likewise, in February of this year, when the breakup with Alba was still on the calendar, the founder of DulceidaShop chose to live in Madrid and take on a mortgage. Her house in the capital is somewhat smaller than the one she owns in Barcelona (it has 96 square meters). However, it is also located in the center, a few blocks from Gran Vía.
