The outfit, which she debuted last year on her cultural trip to Basel, Switzerland, is made up of two pieces: a green wool sweater, rounded neck and lantern sleeves with a pencil silhouette skirt and very elegant brocades.

She has completed her outfit with a brown handbag decorated with crosses and matching pumps, all from Magrit. In addition, she has worn Gold & Roses earrings (in 18-carat pink gold, diamonds and emeralds, they cost 1,885 euros) and the ring that she premiered on January 6. From the Italian firm Coreterno, the piece has a double inscription: on the outside “Amor che tutto move” (love moves everything), a quote inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’; and inside “As long I’m existing you will be loved” (everything that lives you will be loved). It costs 975 euros and everything indicates that it has been one of the gifts of the Magi.

A project by and for women

The Promociona Project is a CEOE initiative whose objective is that more women participate in Spanish business activity in positions of greater responsibility. This project aims to develop in the participating women managers the necessary skills to successfully lead their organization with the greatest impact on it, on their teams and on other women managers.

This initiative has been training women managers for ten years to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach senior management positions in companies and 10 editions raising awareness among companies about female leadership; making the business community aware of the benefits of having women in positions of responsibility.

Since its first edition in 2013, in which 40 women participated, its success has been unstoppable. Today, thanks to the commitment that Spanish companies are making to female leadership, 1,177 women managers belonging to more than 600 companies have passed through Promociona. Of these, 52% have promoted.
