This Tuesday, April 18, the National Sports Awards will be held at the Palacio del Pardo. The kings Felipe VI and Letizia have received those recognized with these awards with a big smile. The Asturian consort, in addition, has once again hit the mark with the choice of her style.
The King Felipe Award for the best Spanish athlete of the year went to the golfer Jon Rahm Rodríguez and the Reina Letizia Award for the best Spanish athlete of the year went to Alexia Putellas, the winner of two Ballon d’Ors. The awards correspond to the year 2021 and they have been convened, as every year, by the Higher Sports Council (CSD). The climber Alberto Giménez (King Juan Carlos Award) or the taekwondo athlete Adriana Cerezo (Princess Leonor Award) also awarded, among other athletes, by the Royal Family.
