The chain of sports boutiques Distrito Estudio has announced the opening of a new franchise center in Madrid, on the Paseo de la Castellana next to the Glorieta de Emilio Castelar, which becomes the third in the capital of Spain and in the ninth national, reports in a statement.
Thus, Distrito Estudio adds this center to those in Vigo (2), Barcelona, Valencia (2), Bilbao and the other two in Madrid. The company also has an upcoming opening in Malaga and close to 6,000 ‘Distriters’ partners.
Distrito Estudio 280 Madrid will have a total area of 410 square meters, 40 of them destined for its New Balance store, and with a capacity of 35 people every hour for the different activities that the company offers: BootCamp, CrossFit, D45, D45HIIT and yoga. The start-up of this center supposes the generation of 8 jobs.
The company’s plans for 2022 are to open four to six more centers, preferably in Madrid, Barcelona and Levante. To do this, Distrito Estudio is aimed at entrepreneurs and investors who are looking for a business model with low investment, with an estimated investment recovery period of three years.
As an added value, it is worth mentioning that the Estudio District is the only chain of official centers of the New Balance brand at an international level.
Each District Estudio training boutique has a New Balance store, with the corporate image of the multinational company dedicated to the sale of sports equipment and supplies for training. In addition, both companies collaborate by holding ‘team building’ sessions in sports centers and group training sessions.
Coinciding with this opening, the company has launched a special pre-opening promotion called ‘Founding Partner’ with a 50 percent discount on the first installment and free registration.
