The Social Court number 37 of Madrid has dismissed the claim from the member of the board of directors of the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) Jesús Barbadilla “Jesule”, in which he requested that the modification of his working conditions be declared null and unjustified.
The claim of Jesule, vice president of AFE until last May and sports director of the union, It was based on the association forcing him to change his address, since previously he spent two or three nights in Madrid and the rest where he resides and since the modification of his working conditions must remain from Monday to Friday in Madrid.
The court ruling considers that no change has been found in their functions in the union after the conclusion of the trial, in which the current president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubiales, testified as a witness for Jesule.

Jesule was one of the four members of the AFE board that announced a vote of no confidence against the president, David Aganzo.
