Deportivo shareholders denounce LaLiga, Fuenlabrada and Tebas

A group of shareholders of the Sports have filed this Thursday a complaint against The league, the president of the football association, Javier Thebes, and the CF Fuenlabrada for having allegedly breached the health protocol on the last day of the Second Division.

About 30 members of the Sports, through a law firm, they have transferred to the court that there is evidence and indications that both The league as the Madrid club were aware that the Action Protocol for the return to the Competition of the teams of The league.

They also understand that, having allegedly breached that protocol and having delayed in passing the positives to the authorities, the parameters of health security have not been met.

The complaint, as explained by the lawyer Xaime da Pena, is based on two sections: a crime against health and another of disobedience to authority, and the violation of the General Law of Public Health.

According to the text of the complaint, the witness of Javier Thebes; of his son and legal adviser to the Fuenlabrada, as well as the president of the Madrid club, Jonathan Praena.
