Death threats to Álvaro González

The controversy after Sunday's classic between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Marseille continues. From the Marseille club they have affirmed that the defender of said team Álvaro González is receiving death threats after his personal telephone number was published on social networks.

Álvaro González's colleagues, such as Valentin Rongier at a press conference on Tuesday, explained that the defender is “very affected” and his family, who are studying to denounce Neymar. Marseille issued a statement defending Álvaro, who thanked his club for the statement.

Regarding Neymar's accusations, Rongier assured that he did not hear “anything from Álvaro”, although he stressed: “It is impossible. I know Álvaro very well and he is always smiling and is very respectful ”.

Rongier charged against Neymar. “It does not say that throughout the game he was calling insults every time there was a duel” with a rival player, he said. “The example that (Neymar) has given during the game has not been very good,” he added.
