Raúl de Tomás will have a hard time being part of the game for Luis Enrique. The Espanyol striker was injured in the last training session at La Roja, when he felt discomfort in his shoulder that prevented him from completing the session.
The striker is undergoing medical tests to determine the extent of the injury and if he has a chance of being in the matches against Albania and Iceland. His will is to remain in the concentration of the Selection, although the last word will be taken by the doctors.
This is the second call for De Tomás with the National Team, although he may not have the opportunity to show Luis Enrique his worth for the position. In that case, the Asturian could call another footballer instead. The forward, for the moment, remains with Dani Olmo, Sarabia, Morata, Ferran Torres and Yeremi Pino.
