De la Fuente will announce the first list after the Euro Cup this Friday

Spain’s men’s football coach, Luis de la Fuente, will announce this Friday, August 30, the first list of players called up after the victory at Euro 2024, a call-up for the first two UEFA Nations League matches against Serbia and Switzerland, as confirmed this Monday by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

The list will be published next Friday from 11.30 on the official RFEF channels, and, an hour later, the coach will appear before the media in the José Villalonga room at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.

The Spanish team will face Serbia and Switzerland away from home in the first two matches of the UEFA Nations League group stage, a tournament in which they are defending the title they won in 2022. The first match will be against Serbia in Belgrade on Thursday 5 September at 8:45 p.m., while the second will see them face Switzerland in Geneva on the 8th at 8:45 p.m.

The training camp will start on Monday 2nd September, and on Wednesday 4th the team will travel to Belgrade to face the first match after the success of the last European Championship, in which Spain won its fourth title in this competition.
