Six months have passed since the son of Rodolfo Sancho It was transferred from the local prison of Koh Pangan to that of Surat Thani, qualified as one of the most dangerous in the world. During this time, his legal team has assured that his stay was peaceful but uncomfortable, revealing that the convicted person spent his time reading, studying Thai law and practicing sports. This Thursday, the own Daniel He has spoken from his confinement: “The atmosphere here is safe and very healthy.”

Daniel’s case continues in the courts. Sancho’s legal team resorted to the life sentence of Koh Samui for the grandson of Sancho Gracia and insists on demonstrating that there was no premeditation in the murder of the Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta, whom Daniel hit until death and then dismembered in 14 pieces that he distributed throughout the island.
The Spanish defense, formed by Carmen Balfagón, Ramón Chippirrás and García Montes, has requested up to three extensions to deliver the necessary documentation for their appeal.
