MADRID, 15 Apr. (SportsFinding) –
The Colombian Juan Cuadrado has extended this Friday his relationship with Juventus until 2023, after automatically renewing it by playing 40 games with the ‘Vecchia Signora’, as announced by the Italian team in a statement.
“The relationship between Juventus and Juan Cuadrado can be defined by the word ‘indissoluble’. Something that goes beyond the field of play. And that link will continue until 2023,” the club said.
The Colombian (33), who played his 40th game this season last Saturday, in the 2-1 win over Cagliari, is a starter for Allegri’s team. Cuadrado has worn the ‘bianconera’ shirt on 262 occasions, in which he has scored 24 goals and has distributed 53 assists.
With his versatility as his greatest value, last season he gave 10 assists in Serie A and 17 in all competitions, a record for a defender, since he played at right back for most of the season. This campaign he has converted five goals, equaling his best record from the 2015-2016 and 2017-2018 seasons.
