The CF La Granada closed the acts of the celebration of its Centenary, which have lasted throughout the last year, with a day that included a ‘fence’ and a gala dinner in the Civic Center of the population. After the ‘parade’ by the population, with the participation of ‘giants’, a ‘dance troupe’ and the traditional ‘donkey’, a commemorative plaque was installed in the Municipal Camp Josep Ferré Farriol.
Over the past year, nine events have been held organized by the Centennial Commission; presentation of the book ‘History of CF La Granada’, by journalist Roger Vives, member of the Commission; former players’ match; the Centenari match, against Vilafranca; presentation of the club anthem, performed by Anna Juvéscontralto and member of the Coral La Ginesta, of the population, and of the Centenari shirt; popular paella; walk through all the playing fields that the club has had throughout its history; colloquium on regional football in Penedès; tribute to Josep Ferré Ferriol‘Ferri‘, which name went to the field soccer; and gala dinner.

Josep Antoni Vendrell, former player and manager and chronicler of the club, also made a speech. A hundred members and fans gathered in an act led by the journalist Joan Poquifrom Mundo Deportivo, which ended with a ‘Kahoot’, a quiz about the history of the entity directed by Roger Vives.
