We remember that, during the first match of Denmark in the past Euro 2020, Eriksen suffered a cardiac arrest that almost cost him his life and since then he has had an implantable cardioverter defibrillator implanted in his chest that regulates any additional alteration in his heartbeat and with which the Italian authorities do not allow him to play in the transalpine country.
Eriksen started his career in the Odense Boldklub Danish and later went through Ajax (2009-13), Tottenham Hotspur (2013-20), where he showed his best level, and Inter (2020-21).
