The draw for the knockout stages of the Champions League will be held this Monday, at 12 noon, in Nyon. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid and Sevilla will know the rivals they will face in the next round of the Champions League.
Drums: what are they? How are they formed?
The 16 teams classified will be framed in two pots of eight: one with the champions of each group and another with the second classified. The real Madrid is the only Spanish representative who will be in Pot 1, along with Bayern, City, Dortmund, Juve, Liverpool, Chelsea and PSG. Barcelona, Atlético and Sevilla, meanwhile, will share Pot 2 with Leipzig, Porto, Lazio, Borussia Monchengladbach and Atalanta.
Pot 1: Real Madrid, Bayern, City, Dortmund, Juve, Liverpool, Chelsea and PSG.

Rules and format of the draw
The only restriction in this draw is that teams from the same country may not meet. So, for example, Real Madrid will not be able to touch any of the other three Spanish representatives.
Competition calendar
The Champions League round of 16 matches will not be played until February. The first leg matches will be played on February 16, 17, 23 and 24. While the return will be March 9, 10, 16 and 17.
