Celtic, Qarabag, Legia, Brest and Red Star pass the first round of the 20/21 Champions League

Qarabag of Azerbaijan, Legia Warsaw, Dinamo Brest, Celtic and Red Star reached the second qualifying round of the Champions League 2020-21 after exceeding their commitments in the first tranche.

The quintet clearly resolved their matches in the first round. Celtic overwhelmed Reykjavik Icelandic (6-2) and awaits the winner of the confrontation between the Ferencvaros of Hungary and the Djurgarden Swedish. Qarabag thrashed Macedonia's Sikels (4-0) and will play with the winner of the clash between Sheriff of Moldova and the Fola Esch of Luxembourg.

Legia Warsaw was the hardest hit to advance in the tournament. Won 1-0 at Linfield from Northern Ireland and will face the winner of the duel between Ararat Armenia and the Omonia of Cyprus.

Belarusian Dinamo Brest eliminated Astana from Kazakhstan after winning 6-3 to become the winner's adversary among the Welsh Connah's Quay and the Sarajevo Bosnian.

Finally, The Red Star left Gibraltar's Europa out of the tournament (5-0) to meet with him Dynamo Tbilisi of Georgia or the Tirana Albanian.
