Cádiz continues to think of different formulas that can help its followers to pass the time during the quarantine due to the pandemic, such as the FIFA Tournament, virtual encounters with first-team players or jokes, coupons and meme contests. Nevertheless, this time they have gone one step further. The Cadista club has organized the Carranza eSports Trophy for solidarity purposes. And it is that all the money they manage to collect will be donated entirely to collaborate in the fight against COVID-19.
At the moment there are no confirmed teams, but from the entity they affirm that they have sent invitations to all the teams that make up the Smartbank League to participate in this new virtual version of the Carranza Trophy.
The teams that accept the invitation will face each other in a knockout championship that will be broadcast globally through social media.. One player from each team will be in charge of representing their club in this FIFA 20 championship. This initiative is scheduled to start next Friday, March 27 with the first confrontations.
