Cadiz is prepare for a fast end of league in which Álvaro Cervera's team must complete the objective for which they have been fighting all season: to ascend to First 15 years later. In the yellows' calendar there are three games marked in red, three games against direct rivals. These three games are more important if possible due to the fact that everyone will be away from Carranza. Huesca, Elche and Girona, the three in playoff positions, are already up in arms against the yellows.
The first of the three direct duels will come on matchday 35, against Huesca (classified fourth), in Alcoraz. At this moment the difference with the Aragonese team is six points. In the first round the match ended with victory for the yellows with a lone goal from Choco Lozano. Two days later, those from Cervera will visit the Martínez Valero to entertain themselves in Elche (sixth classified). The first leg in Carranza ended in a draw (0-0).
By last, on matchday 41, Cádiz will visit Girona (currently fifth), in Montilivi. The first round match, played on the fifth day, ended with a 2-0 local victory, with goals from Alcalá, at his own door; and Álex. This triumph was Cádiz's fifth consecutive victory and his official candidacy for promotion to First Division.
Regarding their rivals, Girona is precisely the team that has the most direct duels in the remaining eleven days. Those of Martí, in addition to against Cádiz, will face Elche, outside; and Zaragoza and Almería, at home. For his part, Zaragoza, the other team in direct promotion, will have three key matches: Almería and Huesca, at home; and Girona, outside.
Finally, Almería, Huesca and Elche are the teams that have the least direct duels. Those of Gutiéreez will play against Zaragoza and Girona, outside; those of Míchel, before Cádiz, at home and Zaragoza, away; and those of Pacheta, against Girona and Cádiz, at home.
