The Competition Committee of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) imposed a penalty game for accumulation of cautions to the players Edgar Méndez (Alavés), Sergio Busquets (Barcelona), Djene Dakonam (Getafe), Javier Ontiveros (Huesca) and Nemanja Gudelj (Seville).
After the dispute of the twentieth day in the First division, Competition also punished with a meeting with Osasuna footballer Facundo Roncaglia, for a double warning and consequent expulsion in the confrontation of his team with Granada.
The Committee also sanctioned with two games against Betis second coach, Argentine Rubén Cousillas, for protests to the referee after his expulsion in the clash between Real Sociedad and the Sevillian club at the Reale Arena in San Sebastián.
