Buckingham’s reactions to Meghan and Harry’s cluster bomb in serial format

The storm over Buckingham has not abated. Not much less. Harry and Meghan’s documentary series on Netflix has fallen like a cluster bomb in palace. The revelations by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex regarding “unconscious racist bias” within the institution is sensitive material. The reactions have not been long in coming.

The pills that Harry and Meghan drop throughout these three premiere chapters leave no one indifferent. To begin with, the production of the streaming giant makes an express mention that the royal family declined to comment on the content of the series. This note has been denied by a palace source, who has assured the British press that no one from the Royal Household was contacted by the production company to participate in the series and give their version of events. At this point, Netflix has insisted on it and that the platform’s communication team contacted Kensington Palace (official residence of the then Dukes of Cambridge, now Princes of Wales). From Kensington they admit that email was sent by an external producer, but they add that there was no communication from Netflix. That, by the Royal House.

Another pill, the episode that the Sussexes narrate about the brooch with a racist detail worn by the wife of Prince Michael of Kent, Baroness María Cristina von Reibnitz. She went to a Christmas dinner at Buckingham, after the dukes announced their engagement.

They also did not like the image of Diana of Wales in his unforgettable interview on the BBC. Own Guillermoas son and heir, applauded the network’s historic decision not to rebroadcast footage of his mother’s meeting with her interviewer, Martin Bashir, who induced the princess to give the interview of her life after being duped.

It doesn’t help anything Harry interpreted that interview as a means for her mother to tell her truth at that destructive moment for her. As she does not help anything when she compares the tragedy that Diana suffered with the life of Meghan within the royal family.
