Boca and River tie in an exciting Superclásico (1-1)

Boca and River ended up dividing the points in the league Superclásico in Argentina (1-1). The duel between both teams was as always disputed, had a great dose of emotion and ended with a draw that leaves both teams unsatisfied.

Perhaps more to the millionaire team, who after tying the contest in the second half had excellent opportunities to take something more from the fiefdom of their greatest rival.

It was not as decisive as others, but the duel between Boca and River came with the passion of always. Despite playing in an empty Bombonera, without an audience, he was no exception. As expected, River started dominating the match while Boca waited to launch a counter with the lucidity of Carlos Tevez.

Gallardo's team started better and had a great chance to get ahead on the scoreboard when Andrada made a reckless start, leaving his goal empty. De la Cruz beat Boca's goalkeeper, but Lisandro appeared in time to avoid the goal.

Miguel Russo's team increased as time went by and was able to finish the first half with a minimal advantage thanks to a penalty on Capaldo that Villa transformed by shooting through the center (41 ').

In the second half, River put one more march to find a draw that came thanks to a great header from Palavecino (67 ').

Along the way, Boca could expand distances but Armani became big to support the millionaire team. Those of Gallardo were 10 minutes with numerical superiority due to the expulsion of Zambrano in Boca, but then that of Cascos for River equalized the forces again.

The last occasion of the Superclásico was for River in a bizarre play. The ball traveled in front of Boca's goal, but miraculously the ball did not enter.

The final draw leaves River unsatisfied, who sees how the leader Colon is already 8 points away. Meanwhile, in Group 2, Boca remains three behind Vélez, a solo leader awaiting the result of the Independiente-Samiento tonight.
