Bjorn Borg's son already wins ITF tournaments

Bjorn Borg was one of the great tennis players of the 70s and 80s. A player who became number one and conquered eleven Grand Slams, including five at Wimbledon in a row. The talent of the Swede would not necessarily have to find a replica in his son Leo, but it seems that there is also champion wood in the next generation of the Borg.

And it is that Leo, who is 17 years old, has recently conquered the ITF J1 of Porto Alegre (Brazil) to sneak among the 20 best players in the world in the junior category. He also did it starting from qualifying, until defeating American Bruno Kuzuhara 3-6, 6-4 and 6-2 in the final.

In addition, Leo Borg has already made inroads into higher levels with the invitations he received in 2020 for the Bergamo and Pau Challengers. His next stop will be the ITF Grade A, the maximum, of Criciuma, also in Brazil.
