Besiktas have asked Atlético for the loan of Kalinic but proposes to include in the contract a clause of 1.5 million mandatory purchase option by the end of the season.
Atlético is willing to accept the transfer proposal, but asks that the purchase option clause be three million of euros. Despite the economic difference between what Besiktas offers and what Atlético is asking for, the Turkish club is optimistic and hopes to close the signing of Kalinic. The Croatian striker has already reached an agreement with Besiktas. He will sign for two seasons and one more optional with a salary of 2.5 million net each season.
Turkish team sources say that having accepted the loan of Francisco Montero is a gesture to have good relations with Atlético and that it facilitate negotiations for Kalinic.
