FC Barcelona and Manchester City will meet on August 24 (9:00 p.m.) in a friendly match at the Camp Nou with the aim of raising funds to benefit research against amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), an initiative of Juan Carlos Unzué, exporter and former Barça coach who suffers from the disease.
This Monday, the president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta; City coach Pep Guardiola; and Juan Carlos Unzué himself will present the meeting at the 1899 Auditorium of the Barça venue, an act in which they will explain all the organizational aspects and the ways of collaboration to promote research to combat ALS.
