Ayuso says she is a victim of political persecution: “Now it was the boyfriend’s turn”

The Madrid president denies that her boyfriend’s case is related to the Community of Madrid. That has responded after the information published this Tuesday about the complaint of the Prosecutor’s Office against Alberto González Amador for alleged tax fraud and document falsification.
The Madrid baroness maintains that she is suffering from political persecution and that this case is one more of those she has had to face: “Now it was the boyfriend’s turn,” she declared to the media. “It was something I expected because for the past five years something similar has happened to me every day.” Ayuso and González appeared together for the first time in May 2021, although there is no data that allows us to accurately determine the beginning of their courtship.

“First it was my father, then my brother, my mother, my cousins, my town, my neighborhood, my school, my teachers and my record. Then it was my university years. It has always been about looking for something in my environment”Ayuso stated. The president of the Community of Madrid has stressed that the activity of her boyfriend has nothing to do with the Community of Madrid: “I answer for my government”has said.

Ayuso considers that “it is not normal” that “data from an anonymous citizen” like the man she lives with “is circulating in the newsrooms.” The president of the Community of Madrid has criticized the fact that she is using the complaint against her boyfriend politically and has pointed the finger directly at the Moncloa.

As we reported early this Tuesday, the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor’s Office has denounced Alberto González Amador for alleged tax fraud and document falsification. The Prosecutor’s Office and the Tax Agency point out in the complaint that the man who shares a flat with Ayuso defrauded more than 350,000 euros between 2020 and 2021 through a series of false invoices (amounting to 1.7 million euros) and shell companies. It all stems from a report from the Tax Agency in which the president’s boyfriend is attributed two crimes of tax fraud in corporate tax for 155,000 euros in 2020 and 195,951.41 euros more in 2021. The suspicion about these alleged crimes corresponds with the exercises and declarations to the Treasury that González made in 2021 and 2022, respectively. The companies that have been investigated are fully owned by González. Is about Maxwell Cremona Engineering and Processes for the Promotion of the Environmentwhich is actually dedicated to providing health services, and Masterman & Whitaker Medical Supplies and Health Process Engineering.

They share a house in the Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí

Alberto González Amador bought a house in Madrid of 183 square meters in June 2022. The accused has been Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s boyfriend since at least May 2021, when the magazine Readings He published some photographs of both of them on vacation in Ibiza. González’s apartment has a value of more than one million euros: 1,147,593 euros. And according to the cadastre, the census where all the urban properties in the State can be consulted, the home has a cadastral reference value estimated at 809,222 euros.

The house, of 183 square meters, has a hall, a hall for the dining room, an office, a kitchen, a toilet and a service bedroom, toilet room, main bathroom, master bedroom, three bedrooms and a small service lobby.

The romantic relationship between González Amador and Ayuso, divorced after marrying in 2008, became known in May 2021. Then, it emerged that the businessman was a health technician, who is divorced and is the father of three children. The alleged crimes would have been committed when Ayuso was already dating this boyfriend, since according to the complaint they correspond to the statements made in 2021 and 2022 regarding the fiscal years of 2020 and 2021.

Ayuso charges against the prosecutor who denounces her boyfriend

Ayuso has tried to undermine the independence and cleanliness of the actions of the chief prosecutor of the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, the one who signed the complaint against her boyfriend, reminding on her Twitter account that whoever denounces her boyfriend is Pilar Rodríguez, former general director in the Ministry of Justice of the socialist Government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. This prosecutor, attached to the Progressive Union of Prosecutors (UPF), between 2004 and 2009 was an advisor in the General Directorate of Relations with the Administration of Justice and, later, general director of Modernization of the Administration of Justice.

Pilar Rodríguez, who is also in the eye of the storm for her actions, arrived at the top of the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office in October 2018, shortly after Pedro Sánchez arrived at the Moncloa Palace. She came from being a prosecutor assigned to the prosecutor of the Computer Crime Chamber. She entered the Prosecutorial Career in 1993 and was also a prosecutor assigned to the Technical Secretariat of the Provincial Chief Prosecutor of Madrid and, before, a prosecutor of the Madrid Court specialized in Violence Against Women.

The prosecutor shared the Ministry with the socialists Juan Fernando López Aguilar, now a PSOE MEP, and Mariano Fernández Bermejo. The latter was, precisely, her godfather at the inauguration of the position of provincial chief prosecutor of Madrid.
