Arsenal claims its leadership and United continues to add

MADRID, 30 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Arsenal thrashed Nottingham Forest (5-0) this Sunday on matchday 14 of the Premier to regain the leadership they had lost for a few hours, while Manchester United added three more points against West Ham (1-0) in their struggle to reach the Champions League zone in the table.

The ‘gunner’ team did not fail after seeing Manchester City take the lead on Saturday. Mikel Arteta’s men went into the break ahead with Gabriel Martinelli’s 1-0 and shortly after the restart, Reiss Nelson scored a brace.

Arsenal didn’t suffer from Bukayo Saka’s injury, nor did they suffer from the club during the week in the Europa League against PSV, and rounded off the win with Partey and Odegaard. The London team thus adds 31 points, at the top of the table, for the 29 of the City.

In addition, United chained their fifth match adding thanks to Marcus Rashford’s ‘red devil’ goal 100, which decided the match at Old Trafford (1-0). Cristiano Ronaldo, who already seems to have overcome the latest incident at the club, had the sentence.

Erik ten Hag’s men add 23 points, one from fourth place but with one game in hand, taking advantage of Chelsea’s defeat on Saturday.
