The Turkish midfielder for Real Madrid Arda Güler has a meniscus injury and returns to the Spanish capital, leaving the team’s concentration in the United States, for his recovery.
“After the tests carried out on our player Arda Güler, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the internal meniscus of his right knee. The player will travel to Madrid in the next few hours to continue with specific treatment,” the white team announced in a medical report. Official this Saturday.
Güler, 18 years old and one of Real Madrid’s reinforcements this summer from Fenerbahce SK, set off alarm bells last week outside of team training in Los Angeles and was dropped in the second pre-season friendly against Manchester United in Texas .
At first, he signed up for a muscle overload, but the Turk did not improve or return to the group, until Madrid issued the medical report this Saturday with the meniscus injury, a few hours before the Clásico against FC Barcelona at the AT&T Stadium .
