“Last Monday, October 17, with the diffusion that was given to the words of Mili Pineda, they made us make this statement. We are going to give some small clues about the lawsuit that is going to be formulated in the courts about all the events that have occurred to this day, for which they are facing justice and gender-based violence”, she explains.
According to the legal team of the former civil guard, the facts reported by Rocío Carrasco and supported by Mili Pineda’s version were never reported in court: “I have to state that Mrs. Rocío Carrasco filed a complaint against my client, Antonio David Flores, on December 23, 2016. A 119-page complaint narrating events from the beginning of their marriage to that date.
In this sense, Hernández adds in his statement: “In that complaint, and everyone must know, there is not a single statement or reference to any episode of physical violence that Mrs. Carrasco would have received, and it is limited only to demonstrations made in television programs, magazines or judicial proceedings, but he never denounced any episode of violence before the justice”.
Therefore, Iván Hernández announces legal measures: “That testimony is absolutely false and that falsehood will be proven in court.”
