The Hereda San Pablo Burgos announced this Thursday the signing of the American base Anthony Clemmons, reinforcement until the end of the season for a Castilian team in relegation places in the Endesa League after matchday 29.
Clemmons, 27, will try to put his scoring contribution and good management skills at the service of Burgos. The American began his career in the United States university league, where he was part of the Iowa Hawkeyes between 2012 and 2016.
From there, the American made the leap to Europe at BC Hallmann Vienna (Austria) and later in the ranks of Astana Tigers (Kazakhstan), AS Monaco Basket (Monaco), BC Igokea (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Italian Dinamo Sassari and Türk Telekom (Turkey).
In the Turkish team, his last shirt, he played 20 league games and 14 Eurocup games, with league averages of 12.9 points, 3.15 rebounds and 3.1 assists, similar numbers in Europe.
