In just a few days, Ana Maria Aldon will leave forever the chalet in which she has shared her married life with Jose Ortega Cano. The second woman from Cartagena has found a rental property that suits her needs: it is spacious, sunny, close to her son’s school Jose Maria and to the address of the father of the child.

The monthly bill, they tell us, does not exceed one thousand euros, and Ana makes it very clear that she is going to pay it: “My ex-husband is not going to help me with the rent. I don’t want anything for myself, but I do want him to collaborate financially on support for our son. We both agree on that,” says the woman from Sanlúcar.
Ana silences with these words those who affirm that she wants to get a good compensatory pension from the bullfighter. “I have two hands and I can stand on my own,” she explains. Two hands and a mini supermarket on her land, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, which is currently managed by her sister and which works well in terms of sales.
