BARCELONA, 3 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The BBVA Open Internacional Valencia Tournament, which will be held from June 4 to 12 at the Sporting Tennis Club, has distributed this Friday the invitations for Leyre Romero and Ángela Fita, who will fight for the trophy from the previous one, and for Aliona Bolsova, Andrea Lázaro, Irene Burillo and Argentina’s Solana Sierra will directly access the main draw.
“The management of the tournament has once again bet on the choice of invitations for local talent, complemented by young promises and players with a long history on the circuit,” the organization said in a statement.
The Valencians Leyre Romero and Ángela Fita have already participated in the 2021 edition, passing several rounds. In the main draw, Solana Sierra stands out, who could become the Roland Garros Junior champion this weekend. There will also be the number 88 in the WTA doubles ranking Aliona Bolsova, the ITF semi-finalist from Romania Andrea Lázaro and the young promise Irene Burillo.
