Alice Campello’s reaction to Morata’s madness at the celebration

The kiss between Iker Casillas and Sara Carbonero went down in the history of Spanish football in 2010 after the team’s victory in the World Cup in South Africa. This Sunday, there were many who compared this spontaneous moment with the kisses between Álvaro Morata and Alice Campello in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin after Spain’s victory over England (2-1) in the final of the European Championship.

And the emotion didn’t end there, as the Italian model showed her pride for her husband on social media. So much so that she found it impossible to hold back her tears of emotion: “Too many emotions at once. Thank you so much for all the messages”she wrote on Monday afternoon, in the midst of an emotional hangover, along with a selfie in which words are unnecessary.

Back home, she has also been very attentive to the celebrations of La Roja in Madrid. Her husband, as captain, has taken the lead and with great enthusiasm, fun and a sense of humour has introduced each of his teammates, further enlivening the atmosphere in Madrid and, specifically, on the stage that has been set up for the players in Cibeles. Laughing, Campello wrote: “I keep discovering my husband’s talents. I’m having an incredible time.”.

The model watched the match from the stands until the referee, François Letexier, blew the whistle three times to end the match. At that moment, while the players ran onto the pitch, the team captain went to where the mother of his children was, giving rise to one of the most emotional moments of the Euro Cup.

The striker walked in the opposite direction, climbed the steps of the stands and went up to where his wife and four children were. It was then that they shared an emotional kiss. With tears in his eyes, he hugged Alice and then kissed the children. The athlete shared this moment on Monday with a message dedicated to his family: “My reason for being.”
