The player of FC Barcelona and the Spanish team Alexia Putellas has signed a sponsorship agreement with the insurance company Allianz, which claims to share values with the player and will bet on women’s sport hand in hand with the Blaugrana captain, proclaimed Ballon d’Or and ‘The Best’ last year.
“Throughout her brilliant sports career, Alexia has cultivated values shared with Allianz, such as discipline, responsibility, trust, the spirit of self-improvement and teamwork”, highlighted Allianz de Alexia Putellas, who joins of the list of athletes sponsored by the company.
These values are what the company wants to continue spreading through this sponsorship with Alexia, in addition to highlighting its commitment to women’s sports, as well as its support for the new generations of professional athletes.
Alexia joins the Catalan sailor Silvia Mas, the Paralympic skier and surfer Audrey Pascual, and the paddle tennis players Mapi and Majo Sánchez Alayeto, also sponsored by the company, in the task of promoting women’s sport within the family Allianz.
The player assured that having the support of Allianz is a “pride”. “I am sure that we are going to join forces to give visibility to women’s sports and empower their athletes,” explained the best soccer player in the world last year.
