The last friday, Ana Obregon presented the Aless Lequio Foundation in Madrid to finance projects that contribute to cancer research. Alessandro Lequio He did not attend because he was ill, as the actress herself explained to the media and the Italian on Telecinco clarified this Monday.

“I had a fever of 39 and I considered it necessary to stay at home. I thought it was Covid, but in the end it wasn’t,” explained the collaborator in Ana Rosa’s program.
At the same time, Lequio had a few words of gratitude for two people who have been fundamental in the creation of the foundation: “I want to thank my close friend Manolo Godia who organized everything regarding the foundation and introduced us to Aurelio Palomo. Thanks to him we have obtained the money, for the moment the only donation, which has allowed us to make Aless’s wish come true”.

Alessandro prefers to keep a more discreet profile. Unlike Ana, who acts as a ‘spokesperson’ for her son’s foundation on social networks and in the media: “I don’t know how to talk about my son and I’m not going to. Ana does it wonderfully, each of us is like we are. My flag is silence and it always has been”, he has sentenced.
The young man died on May 13, 2020 at the age of 27 after being diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma two years ago, in 2018. It is the same type of rare cancer that killed the young woman from Seville in January Elena Huelva.
