The Alcorcón Sports Group has announced on Tuesday the termination of the contract it had with the player Raúl Asencio after his recklessness at the wheel when driving 160 kilometers at a speed, with a coffee in hand, while recording himself with his mobile for his social networks.
“AD Alcorcón announces the termination of the contract that linked Raúl Asencio with our entity. We thank Raúl for his work during these months in our entity and we wish him luck in future projects,” the potter club reported on its website.
Asencio, 23, arrived at Alcorcón last summer and since then had played a total of 15 games, having achieved 2 goals and 2 assists in more than 500 minutes of play. However, recklessness in command of his car has cost him his job.
Alcorcón is bottom of the SmartBank League with only two victories after 21 games and the team that concedes the most goals (39). The yellows are 12 points away from salvation and have changed coaches up to three times this season.
