Albert Ramos, the only seed alive in the tournament

The Spanish Albert Ramos prevailed by 6-0 and 6-3 in his first confrontation against the French Corentin Moutet, and agreed to the Sardinia (Italy) ATP 250 quarter-finals. The Spanish, fourth favorite, invested 81 minutes to get rid de Moutet on his tournament debut, as he was exempt in the first round, and he is the only seeded player left in the box, after the previous defeats of Serbian Dusan Lajovic (2nd), Italian Lorenzo Sonego (5th) and the Spanish Pablo Andujar (6th).

Now he will face for a place in the semifinals, with the Italian Marco Cecchinato, who defeated American Tommy Paul, 7-6 (1) and 6-4. The Italian is also in rooms Lorenzo Musetti, by defeating his compatriot Andrea Pellegrino (6-2 and 6-1), and the German Yannick Hanfmann, who defeated the Norwegian Casper Rudd, third seed, 6-2 and 6-1.
